The best way to wear bright lipstick is with almost no other makeup.  I used no liner for this look, only a wash of Bamboo shadow (a light brown) over my lids (diffused above the crease) and a ton of mascara.  The shadow is barely noticeable when my eyes are open, but it will help to add some dimension to the eyes.  It’s also a good idea to fill in any spotty areas in the brow.  Stronger brows will balance out the bright color on your lips. 

I normally wouldn’t go for a pink for myself, I usually stick to orange/red shades, but I have to say, I think this color might become a staple in the rotation.
